Collecting what you have made, and what happens if something breaks.
Collecting your project
Customers will be notified when their project is ready for collection. Finished projects should be collected within 30 days of notification. Maison Palettia may contact customers regarding projects that remain uncollected. Projects left uncollected beyond the applicable collection period may be subject to disposal or other handling in accordance with Maison Palettia's policy.
Firing and finishing times are estimates and may vary depending on studio workload and the nature of the project.
Damage and breakage
Maison Palettia takes reasonable care of customer projects and equipment. However, craft materials and handmade items can be fragile. Maison Palettia is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling by the customer or from the inherent nature of the materials.
Where something has gone wrong with a project in our care, remedies are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please speak with our team.
